Bayern Munich thrashed Hamburg 5-0 at home, with Harry Kane scoring twice, to take sole leadership of the Bundesliga after three rounds.

The Bavarians dominated from the start, scoring four goals in the first half and leaving Hamburg with little chance to recover.

Bayern Explodes in the First Half

Bayern raced out of the blocks at the Allianz Arena:

  • 3rd minute – Serge Gnabry opened the scoring.
  • 9th minute – Pavlovic equalized briefly but Bayern quickly regained control.
  • 26th minute – Harry Kane converted a penalty for his first goal of the match.
  • 29th minute – Luiz Díaz added another to make it 4-0 at halftime.

The dominant start set the tone for a comfortable home victory.

Kane Adds Second and Guerreiro Subbed Off

In the second half, Portuguese international Raphael Guerreiro replaced Dayot Upamecano but was forced off due to injury in the 63rd minute. Kane completed his brace in the 82nd minute, sealing the emphatic 5-0 win.

Bayern now sits first in the Bundesliga with nine points, while Hamburg remains 17th with just one point after three rounds.
