Napoli open to selling Giacomo Raspadori as Atletico Madrid leads transfer race

Napoli is evaluating multiple offers for Italian striker Giacomo Raspadori, with Atlético Madrid emerging as the frontrunner, according to reports from Sky Sport Italia.

Atlético Madrid Pushes for Raspadori Deal

Atlético Madrid has initiated negotiations with Napoli to sign the 25-year-old forward, who played a crucial role in Napoli’s recent Serie A title win. The Spanish club is reportedly in advanced exploratory talks to assess the terms for a potential transfer.

Napoli initially set the asking price at €30 million, with an additional €5 million in performance-based bonuses. However, sources close to the deal suggest that a final agreement could be reached for €25 million plus €5 million in add-ons, signaling a willingness from Napoli to lower their demands for the right offer.

Raspadori Draws Multiple Suitors Across Europe

In addition to Atlético Madrid, Atalanta has shown strong interest in Raspadori, whose contract at Napoli runs until June 2028. The former Sassuolo forward has become a coveted asset after consistent performances in both domestic and international competitions.

Napoli values the striker but is reportedly open to a transfer if financial conditions are favorable, especially as the club prepares for a new tactical cycle under coach Antonio Conte.

Raspadori’s technical versatility, combined with his Serie A experience and international pedigree, make him a key target for clubs looking to bolster their attacking options.
