Juventus are trying to keep Kolo Muani and face competition from United and Newcastle

Juventus is in active negotiations with Paris Saint-Germain to retain Randal Kolo Muani, following the striker’s impressive loan spell in Turin. The Italian giants are pushing for a new loan deal that includes a €10 million upfront fee and a mandatory purchase clause triggered by Champions League qualification.

Premier League Giants Circle as Juventus Negotiates Terms

Kolo Muani, 25, scored 10 goals in 19 appearances during the final stretch of the 2024/25 season, reigniting interest from clubs across Europe. Manchester United, Chelsea, and Newcastle United are all monitoring his situation, especially with United looking to reinforce their attack after Marcus Rashford’s departure.

The French international initially joined PSG in 2023 for €95 million but failed to meet expectations under Luis Enrique, leading to his loan move to Juventus under new manager Igor Tudor.

PSG Demands Permanent Sale

While Juventus is hoping for another loan with flexible terms, PSG has rejected a simple extension, insisting that any new agreement must include a mandatory purchase clause between €40 million and €45 million.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the French club is determined to recover a portion of their initial investment and believes the striker’s current form makes a permanent transfer viable this summer.

Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano reports that negotiations are ongoing and that both clubs expect to reach a decision before the 2025/26 season kicks off.

Juventus Faces Deadline as English Rivals Prepare Bids

Kolo Muani has already returned to training in Italy, but with Premier League clubs preparing offers, Juventus must act swiftly to avoid losing the striker. Both Newcastle and Chelsea are believed to be waiting for PSG’s final position before submitting formal bids.

As the clock ticks toward preseason deadlines, Juventus hopes to finalize a deal and keep one of their top-performing players from last season on the roster.
