Atalanta have received a formal approach from Fenerbahçe for forward Ademola Lookman, with the Turkish giants pushing to complete a deal before the end of the current transfer window.
Despite recently regaining his place in Atalanta’s starting XI, Lookman has struggled to rediscover his best form, and the Italian club are now open to listening to offers for the Nigerian international.

Lookman’s inconsistent performances in front of goal have caused frustration within Atalanta’s hierarchy. While the club has not actively placed him on the transfer list, sources indicate they would not block his exit if a financially attractive proposal arrives.

Fenerbahçe Submit Loan Proposal With Mandatory Purchase
According to journalist Orazio Accomando, Fenerbahçe have already submitted a structured offer to Atalanta. The proposal includes:

- €37 million fixed purchase clause, to be triggered at the conclusion of the loan
The total package would reach €42 million, a figure Atalanta are currently evaluating internally. No final response has been given yet, but negotiations are ongoing.

Atalanta’s management are taking time to assess whether selling Lookman now aligns with their sporting objectives. The club are aware that allowing his departure mid-season would require adjustments in their attacking rotation.
