Fabián Ruiz has emerged as one of Paris Saint-Germain’s standout performers this season, but his rise under Luis Enrique has not gone unnoticed across Europe. Galatasaray have identified the Spanish midfielder as a priority target ahead of the January transfer window, raising concerns within the French club’s hierarchy.

Since Luis Enrique took charge at PSG, Ruiz has become a central figure in the team’s tactical setup. The experienced midfielder has featured regularly in the starting lineup, playing a key role in the club’s domestic and European campaigns and earning the full confidence of the coaching staff.

However, Ruiz’s consistency and influence have attracted attention from rival clubs, who see the winter transfer window as a potential opportunity. Several European sides are reportedly prepared to offer lucrative contracts and a more prominent role in an attempt to lure the former Napoli player away from Paris.

Among the clubs showing concrete interest is Galatasaray. According to journalist Alfredo Pedullà, the Turkish giants have placed Fabián Ruiz at the top of their shortlist as they look to reinforce their midfield. The club is said to be ready to offer a very high salary to convince the Spaniard to make the move to Istanbul.

Galatasaray’s management have already made formal contact with Paris Saint-Germain to express their interest, although no official bid has been submitted so far. Talks are currently exploratory, with the Turkish side waiting for a positive signal before advancing negotiations.

Despite the growing speculation, PSG are unlikely to make Ruiz’s departure easy. The midfielder is regarded as one of Luis Enrique’s trusted players, and the club sees him as an important part of their long-term project. For now, Paris remain determined to keep Fabián Ruiz at least until the end of his contract, making any January transfer a complex and challenging operation.
