Fulham awaits Kevin’s decision and is once again interested in Chelsea striker Sterling

Fulham is keeping a close eye on Chelsea forward Raheem Sterling as the club waits for Brazilian Kevin’s final decision.

Fulham continues its push to strengthen the attack for the 2025/26 Premier League season. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the London side has renewed its interest in Raheem Sterling, who could be on the move from Chelsea this summer.

Kevin remains the priority

The club’s main target remains Kevin, the 21-year-old Brazilian winger who left Palmeiras for Shakhtar Donetsk. Fulham already has an agreement in place with the Ukrainian side, but the player is also considering an offer from Sporting, delaying the deal.

Sterling as an alternative

If Kevin turns Fulham down, Sterling is viewed as a strong alternative. Chelsea are open to selling the 30-year-old striker for around £20 million (€23m), while Fulham’s bid for Kevin has already reached €40 million.

Other options on the table

Another name in the mix is Samuel Chukwueze, currently at AC Milan. Talks are ongoing, but no deal has been finalized yet. Sterling’s Premier League experience makes him an attractive backup plan if Fulham’s first choices don’t materialize.

Sterling’s career

Sterling rose to prominence at Liverpool before enjoying his best spell at Manchester City, where he won 11 trophies, including four Premier League titles. He joined Chelsea in 2022 but struggled to establish himself, with just 19 goals in 81 appearances. Last season, he was loaned to Arsenal, scoring only once in 28 matches.

For England, Sterling has earned 82 caps and 20 goals, playing a key role at Euro 2020, though he has not been called up since 2022.
