Nottingham Forest draw with Crystal Palace in the Premier League

Summary

Dreaming of a place in the next Champions League, Nottingham Forest drew 1-1 with Crystal Palace on Monday in the 35th round of the Premier League. The home team took the lead through Eze, and Murillo equalized shortly after. The Brazilian, however, left the field injured.

THE TABLE

The draw leaves Nottingham Forest with 61 points, in sixth place in the Premier League. The team still dreams of one of the five spots in next year’s Champions League: the G-5 currently has Newcastle and Chelsea, with 63 points, in the last two places. Aston Villa, in seventh, with 60 points, is also fighting for a European spot. Crystal Palace is in 12th, with 46 points.

CONCERN

After being responsible for Forest’s equaliser, after deflecting a shot inside the box, Murillo left the field raising concerns. He felt discomfort in his left leg towards the end of the game and had to be replaced by compatriot Morato.
