Bayern Munich fears losing Harry Kane before his contract expires

Despite 91 goals in 100 games, the German club already admits behind the scenes that the English striker may leave before 2027.

Kane’s numbers impress, but future is uncertain

Since his arrival from Tottenham in 2023 for €95 million (R$603M), Harry Kane has become Bayern Munich’s main star. In just 100 appearances, the 32-year-old striker has scored 91 goals and provided 27 assists, lifting the Bundesliga and the German Super Cup.

Still, according to journalist Raphael Honigstein, Bayern’s directors know that the Englishman won’t finish his career at the Allianz Arena. The expectation in Germany is that Kane will leave the club before his contract expires in June 2027.

Bayern already think about replacements

Kane remains motivated but, at 32, is reportedly eager for a new challenge before retirement. That’s why Bayern have already begun moving to find a potential replacement.

  • Nicolas Jackson is already on the roster and gaining space.
  • Brazilian wonderkid Endrick, currently tied to Real Madrid, was even linked to Bayern by Spanish press.

Despite exploring options, the Bavarians are also studying ways to convince Kane to extend his stay. Still, internally, the situation is seen as complex, given the player’s high market value and strong interest from other leagues.
