Barcelona bounced back in style with a resounding 6-0 home victory over Valencia, moving within two points of La Liga leaders Real Madrid. Forward Trio Lead the Rout
Barcelona broke the deadlock in the 29th minute through Fermín López, who added his second early in the second half. Moments later, Raphinha struck twice (53’ and 66’), showing his sharpness ahead of the European campaign.
The inevitable Robert Lewandowski completed the demolition with goals in the 76th and 86th minutes, sealing a comfortable three points for Xavi’s men.
La Liga Standings Shake-Up
With the victory, Barcelona climb to 10 points from four games, just two behind rivals Real Madrid (12). Valencia, still struggling, remain on four points after their latest setback.
