Ousmane Dembélé has strengthened his case for the Ballon d’Or after delivering a decisive performance in Paris Saint-Germain’s dramatic Super Cup victory over Tottenham Hotspur. The French forward, who played every minute of the match, provided the crucial assist that sealed PSG’s comeback and reignited debate about his status among the world’s elite.

Comeback Victory for PSG

Facing the Europa League champions, PSG found themselves trailing 2–0 after Micky van de Ven scored just before halftime and Cristian Romero doubled the lead early in the second half.
