Al-Ahli makes a €25 million offer for Manuel Locatelli, but Juventus does not want to sell the player

Juventus has turned down a €25 million (R$158.5 million) offer from Al-Ahli for midfielder Manuel Locatelli. The Bianconeri made it clear they have no intention of negotiating the 27-year-old’s exit during the current transfer window, as he remains a key figure in coach Thiago Motta’s plans.
Al-Ahli pushes, but Juve stays firm
The Saudi Arabian champions offered the Italian international a lucrative salary package to tempt him to the Middle East. Reports suggest they are even willing to raise the bid to €30 million (R$190.2 million). Still, Juventus insists that Locatelli will not be leaving Turin.
Saudi club explores alternatives
With Juve’s refusal, Al-Ahli has already started exploring other options to bolster its midfield. One name under evaluation is Denis Zakaria, who has drawn interest from the club. Negotiations remain ongoing, but the Saudi side hopes to close a deal before the transfer deadline.
Locatelli tied to Juventus long term
Locatelli’s contract with Juventus runs until June 2028, giving the club a strong stance in negotiations. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €30 million, aligned with what Al-Ahli was prepared to offer. However, Juventus views the midfielder as untouchable for this season.
