São Paulo’s First Team Thrashes Crias de Cotia in Training Match: 6–0

São Paulo’s professional squad comfortably defeated its under-20 side, known as the Crias de Cotia, in a training match held on Friday morning (July 4) at the CT da Barra Funda.
The main team won 6–0, with standout performances from Dinenno, who scored a hat-trick, Alisson with two goals, and Marcos Antonio, who recently renewed his contract and added one more to the tally.
Dinenno was the highlight of the day. Signed last month, he has so far played only one official match for São Paulo, against Vasco. The forward was brought in to replace Calleri, who remains sidelined while recovering from surgery.
Although São Paulo did not disclose the exact lineups, coach Hernán Crespo took the opportunity to test different formations and evaluate tactical options during the session. The match served as preparation for the resumption of the Brazilian Championship, with the Tricolor set to face Flamengo on July 12 at Maracanã and Bragantino on July 16. These games will mark Crespo’s first official commitments since returning to command the team.
Absences
Forwards Lucas Moura and Ferreirinha did not participate fully in the match, continuing their physical transition work with ball training and possession exercises alongside the youth squad.
Meanwhile, Luiz Gustavo is still undergoing recovery from pulmonary thromboembolism and remains unable to take part in impact activities.
