Manchester City are targeting Newcastle defender Tino Livramento as one of their top transfer priorities for the upcoming season. According to The Times journalist Martin Hardy, Pep Guardiola has personally expressed interest in the versatile full-back, prompting City to prepare a major offer of £65 million (€76.7 million).
