Osasuna announces the signing of Rosier
The red club has made official the purchase of the right back, who signs until 2028.
What was an open secret was confirmed this Wednesday, May 28: Valentin Rosier will be a Osasuna player for the next three seasons . The Reds’ communications department announced the signing on social media with a video of the French player baking a cake. It could be a reflection of what’s expected of him: a signing that will leave a “sweet” feeling among the Sadar fans.
Following the video, another post was published revealing the details of the transaction. Rosier will become a Rojillo player starting June 30, when he leaves Leganés and signs a three-year contract until 2028. Furthermore, the French full-back will have a €15,000,000 buyout clause, a figure higher than the current one held by Jesús Areso , whom he appears to be eligible to replace.
Finally, he gave his first words as an Osasuna fan in a video from El Sadar, in which he commented in Spanish: “Hello, fans. I’m very happy to sign here, for Osasuna and at El Sadar .” To top it all off, Rosier ended the video with a smile and declared himself “happy.”
