Nottingham Forest sinks Tottenham and climbs to third place in the Premier League
Nottingham Forest returned to winning ways in the Premier League as Nuno Espírito Santo’s side beat Tottenham 2-1.

Nuno Espírito Santo ‘s Nottingham Forest travelled to London to beat Tottenham 2-0 in the closing stages of matchday 33 of the Premier League. The goals for the team led by the Portuguese coach were scored by Elliot Anderson (5′) and Chris Wood (16’). Richarlison scored Spurs ‘ goal in the 87th minute , following an assist from Pedro Porro.
With this result, Nottingham Forest returned to winning ways after two consecutive defeats and moved up to third place in the Premier League. Nuno Espírito Santo’s team has 60 points, one more than Newcastle [fourth place] and two more than Manchester City [fifth place]. Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham are in 16th place with 37 points.
