Newcastle played well on Saturday and beat Ipswich 3-0 in the 34th round of the Premier League. The result put the team in third place in the championship with 62 points. Isak opened the scoring with a penalty in first-half injury time, shortly after Johnson was sent off, leaving the visitors with one less. In the second half, Burn and Osula extended the lead. Bruno Guimarães had a goal disallowed when the game was still 0-0.
