Kingsley Coman is not champion for the first time in his career
Bayern player won 12 championships, in 11 seasons, until Leverkusen arrived
At 27 years of age, it is the first time that Kingsley Coman has not celebrated the title of national champion, after winning 12 championships in 11 consecutive seasons.
The Frenchman began his professional career at PSG , where he was champion twice, in 2012/13 and 2013/14, when he moved to Juventus , with whom he was also two-time champion (2014/15 and 2015/16).
However, the winger only spent a year and a half at the Italian club, having transferred to Bayern in January 2016, winning Serie A and the Bundesliga in the same year.
With the Bavarians, he always won (eight times), until this season, when Bayer Leverkusen ended the Munich team’s 11 consecutive years of becoming champions and, at the same time, also ended Coman’s impressive record.
