Tottenham reach agreement with Savinho and now await approval from Manchester City

Tottenham have taken a major step toward signing Brazilian star Savinho, but the final decision lies with Manchester City.
Savinho Accepts Spurs’ Offer
According to Italian journalist Nicolò Schira, Spurs have already reached a personal agreement with the 20-year-old winger. Savinho is said to be excited about the prospect of playing in London, convinced that he will have a bigger role at Tottenham compared to Manchester City’s crowded attack.
Club executives consider him a top transfer priority for the summer window, believing the former Atlético Mineiro talent can raise the team’s technical level.
City Still Need to Approve Transfer
Despite the agreement with Savinho, Tottenham must still convince Manchester City, who own his rights. The Premier League champions have already rejected a €50 million bid earlier this summer and are reluctant to part ways with the Brazilian.
Reports suggest Spurs are preparing a new offer worth over €70 million to break the deadlock. City remain firm on keeping the winger, but Tottenham hope the improved proposal and the player’s desire to leave will tip the scales.
