The club has strengthened significantly in the transfer market, with German star Florian Wirtz arriving as the standout signing though a potential deal for Alexander Isak could steal the spotlight.
Isak Pushes for Liverpool Move
Newcastle United striker Alexander Isak, runner-up in last season’s Premier League scoring charts with 23 goals, is pushing for a transfer to Liverpool. The Reds have already had an offer exceeding €100 million (R$631 million) rejected, but are prepared to raise their bid if Newcastle reopen negotiations.
Defensive Reinforcements Secure Future Depth
Alongside attacking targets, Liverpool have added 18-year-old Italian defender Giovanni Leoni from Parma for €35 million (R$221 million). The highly rated prospect is expected in England soon to complete his medical and sign a contract until 2031.
