PSG is finalizing the final details of the definitive sale of Milan Skriniar to Fenerbahçe

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is in the final stages of completing the permanent transfer of Milan Škriniar to Fenerbahçe, according to renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano. The Slovenian defender, who impressed during a six-month loan with the Turkish club, is now set to return to Istanbul on a full transfer.

Škriniar Earns Permanent Move After Strong Loan Stint

The 30-year-old center-back quickly became a defensive mainstay under José Mourinho at Fenerbahçe, registering 23 appearances and helping solidify the team’s backline. His performances convinced the club’s management to pursue a permanent deal this summer.

Negotiations between PSG and Fenerbahçe are understood to be in advanced stages, with all key terms reportedly agreed. Škriniar is expected to travel to Turkey in the coming days to undergo final procedures and sign his contract.

PSG Trimming Squad, More Departures Expected

Škriniar’s exit marks a strategic squad reshuffle by PSG sporting director Luis Campos, who is actively working on offloading surplus players as part of the club’s transition to a younger, more dynamic roster.

Another notable name likely to depart is Randal Kolo Muani, who enjoyed a resurgence during his loan spell at Juventus last season. The French forward has caught the attention of clubs like Manchester United and Newcastle United, though Juve remains keen on a permanent deal.

PSG’s Transfer Activity: Focus on Youth

So far, PSG has made only one confirmed signing Brazilian goalkeeper Renato Marin  highlighting the club’s youth-first policy following what has been called their most successful season to date.

With Škriniar’s deal nearly finalized and other exits on the horizon, PSG appears focused on streamlining the squad and reinvesting in long-term potential, rather than making splashy signings.
