Despite becoming an established member of the Seattle Seahawks, Knight generally keeps his dating life outside the public spotlight.
His interviews and social media appearances primarily focus on professional football, training, personal interests, and his experiences growing up in Florida.
Unlike some NFL players who regularly introduce their partners through social media, Knight has not made a widely documented announcement identifying a girlfriend.
His official Seattle Seahawks and UTEP biographies also do not provide information about a romantic partner.
However, the absence of publicly available information does not necessarily mean that he is single. Knight may simply prefer to keep his relationships private.
As of now, his current relationship status remains publicly unconfirmed.
Is Tyrice Knight Married?
There is no reliable public confirmation that Tyrice Knight is married.
No verified wedding announcement or authoritative interview identifies a wife.

Unlike the parents of some NFL players who regularly appear in interviews, Maurice has maintained a relatively private public profile.
There are no sufficiently reliable published accounts establishing whether he played competitive football or worked as a coach.

Atossia Green is the other parent named in Tyrice Knight’s official UTEP football biography.
Her name is among the few directly documented details about the linebacker’s immediate family.
Although Atossia has generally remained outside the national spotlight, local reporting indicates that Knight’s mother was among the people who took particular pride in his professional achievements.
In February 2026, FOX 13 Tampa Bay published a feature about Lake Gibson High School graduates participating in Super Bowl LX.
Former Lake Gibson coach Doug DeMyer expressed happiness for Knight and specifically mentioned being pleased for his mother.

How Tyrice Knight’s Parents Are Connected to His Football Journey

During a September 2025 interview with New Face Magazine, Knight recalled that the sport had been part of his life for as long as he could remember.
He spent his childhood playing football before eventually joining organized school teams.
His path was not straightforward because he received limited recruiting attention while preparing to graduate from high school.
Instead of immediately joining a major college football program, he chose to attend a community college in Kansas.

His family members have generally allowed him to discuss that journey publicly while maintaining their own privacy.

Growing up, he participated in backyard football before developing his skills through organized competition.
He eventually attended Lake Gibson High School, where his athletic abilities attracted attention from college recruiters.
His performances helped establish him as a promising defensive player.
However, he did not receive the same recruiting attention as many highly rated prospects from larger football programs.
That challenge became an important part of his journey toward the NFL.

Knight attended Lake Gibson High School in Lakeland, Florida, graduating in 2018 according to his official Seattle Seahawks biography.
He developed into an effective linebacker who combined physical tackling with the ability to recognize opposing offensive plays.
His official Seahawks biography credits him with 200 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, two interceptions, and three forced fumbles during his high school career.
He also earned all-state recognition.
In February 2026, FOX 13 Tampa Bay interviewed several of his former coaches and teammates ahead of Super Bowl LX.
Former coach Doug DeMyer described Knight as a hardworking player who rarely questioned instructions and consistently performed his responsibilities.
Former teammate KJ Williams also praised his determination, particularly because Knight had faced doubts about his athletic potential.
Their comments illustrated how much respect he had earned during his high school career.
Tyrice Knight’s Journey Through Independence Community College
After graduating from Lake Gibson High School, Knight attended Independence Community College in Kansas.
He spent the 2018 and 2019 seasons with the Pirates football program.
His experience at Independence became particularly interesting because the college was featured in Netflix’s sports documentary series Last Chance U.

He redshirted during the 2018 season before becoming an important defensive contributor in 2019.

Tyrice Knight’s NFL Career With the Seattle Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks selected Tyrice Knight in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft with the 118th overall pick.
His selection fulfilled a professional football ambition he had pursued since childhood in Lakeland.
During his introductory interview, Knight expressed enthusiasm about working with Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald.
He was particularly interested in developing his abilities within Seattle’s defensive system.
Initially, Knight competed for playing time behind more experienced linebackers.
However, injuries and changes to the team’s defensive lineup created additional opportunities during his rookie season.
He eventually became a regular starter and appeared in 16 regular-season games.
According to the Seahawks’ official statistics, Knight made nine starts and recorded 88 combined tackles and 1.5 sacks during the 2024 season.
His rookie performances demonstrated that he could compete against established NFL players despite having followed an unconventional route through junior college football.
