Manchester United are reportedly planning a major offensive to reshape their attack, with Everton’s Iliman Ndiaye joining Chelsea superstar Cole Palmer on the club’s summer shortlist.
The Battle for Ndiaye
According to TEAMtalk, the Senegalese international is highly rated by the Old Trafford board. However, landing the 25-year-old won’t be easy or cheap. Everton previously rejected a £40 million bid from Inter Milan, proving they are unwilling to let their star man leave unless their internal valuation is met.
Ndiaye, who is under contract until 2029, has been a bright spot for the Toffees. Fresh off an Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) title win with Senegal, the versatile forward has already registered four goals and two assists in 19 appearances this season.
Beyond the Attack: The Casemiro Void

While the links to Palmer and Ndiaye excite the fans, Manchester United are also facing a massive transition in midfield. Casemiro has officially confirmed he will not renew his contract and will leave Old Trafford at the end of the season.
Although Brazilian giants Flamengo and Cruzeiro are reportedly monitoring the veteran, a return to his homeland is considered unlikely at this stage. This departure leaves Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the scouting department with the daunting task of finding a world-class replacement for the five-time Champions League winner.
Ndiaye’s Rise to Prominence
Since joining Everton from Olympique de Marseille, Ndiaye has established himself as a Premier League-proven talent. With 15 goals in 56 total appearances for the Merseyside club, his ability to play as a winger or a second striker makes him a perfect tactical fit for the “new-look” United project.
