Tottenham lose Kulusevski until 2026 while waiting for Savinho transfer

Tottenham Hotspur face a major blow in attack as Dejan Kulusevski is sidelined with a knee injury until the end of 2025, missing the first half of the Premier League season. Manager Thomas Frank is also waiting for new reinforcements, including Manchester City’s Brazilian striker Savinho.
Kulusevski Out Long-Term
According to journalist David Hytner, Kulusevski’s knee injury will keep him off the pitch until the turn of the year. His absence adds to Spurs’ attacking challenges, with midfielder James Maddison also unavailable with no confirmed return date.
In Tottenham’s Premier League debut, the forward line featured Mohammed Kudus on the right, Lucas Bergvall centrally, Brennan Johnson on the left, and Richarlison leading the attack.
Tottenham Transfer Market Updates
While eyeing Savinho, Spurs are reportedly losing out on Eberechi Eze, who is expected to move from Crystal Palace to rivals Arsenal for around €58 million (R$368.7 million).
So far, Tottenham have strengthened with:
- Mohammed Kudus (arrival)
- Mathys Tel (permanent signing)
- João Palhinha (midfielder)
- Kevin Danso (defender, permanent)
- Luka Vuskovic (defender)
