PSG signs Noham Kamara to his first professional contract until 2028

Paris Saint-Germain confirmed this Friday (22) that young defender Noham Kamara has signed his first professional contract with the club, valid until June 30, 2028. The 18-year-old, developed at the PSG academy, has already been part of Luis Enrique’s squad since last season and even featured in major competitions, but only now formalizes his professional status.
From academy to professional ranks
Kamara has been gradually integrated into PSG’s first team. Last season, he was in the squad that reached the FIFA Club World Cup final in the United States, finishing as runner-up. At youth level, he was a starter in the French Under-19 Championship final, where PSG defeated Nantes 2-1, and was also on the bench during the European Super Cup win against Tottenham.
“I’m immensely proud to sign my first professional contract, especially at a club like PSG, which is the best team in the world,” Kamara told the club’s website. “I thank the president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, sporting director Luis Campos, coach Luis Enrique, and my teammates for the trust they place in me every day.”
Included in squad for Ligue 1 clash
The young defender has already been called up for PSG’s match against Angers, which takes place this Friday at 3:45 pm (Brasília time), at the Parc des Princes, for the second round of Ligue 1. While he is expected to start on the bench, Kamara expressed his excitement: “I can’t wait to play at the Parc des Princes, in front of our fans.”
Luis Enrique forced to adjust lineup
PSG will have to deal with an important absence: forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia suffered a muscle injury and was left out of the squad, according to Le Parisien. A likely starting lineup includes: Chevalier; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Nuno Mendes; Vitinha, Fabián Ruiz, João Neves; Doué, Dembélé, and Barcola (or Gonçalo Ramos).
