PSG enters the race with Real Madrid for Porto’s Rodrigo Mora

Luis Enrique’s Paris Saint-Germain is still active in the market and has set its sights on Porto’s rising star Rodrigo Mora, despite already spending €103 million on summer signings.
PSG Still Hunting for Reinforcements
After bringing in Lucas Chevalier and Ilya Zabarnyi, PSG appeared set for the season. However, according to Mercado Azul, the French giants have been alerted to an opening to land Rodrigo Mora, one of the most highly-rated young attackers in Europe.
Club insiders confirm that Luis Enrique is closely monitoring the 18-year-old’s situation and could push for a bid before the transfer window closes.
Real Madrid Also in the Race
The move won’t come uncontested. Fichajes reports that Real Madrid are also tracking Mora, seeing him as a potential long-term attacking option. Any attempt from PSG to sign him would set up a head-to-head battle with Los Blancos, adding extra drama to the market.
Porto’s Demands for Their Wonderkid
Mora’s contract with Porto runs until June 2030, with a €70 million (R$445M) release clause. The Portuguese club is demanding close to that figure, even though Transfermarkt values him around €40M.
For a player yet to fully establish himself, that fee is seen as high but Mora’s numbers are promising: 36 games, 11 goals, and 4 assists for Porto’s first team.
