Kylian Mbappé continues to rise in market value after completing his first season with Los Blancos

Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé has reached a new milestone in his career valuation. According to Transfermarkt, the 26-year-old French striker is now worth €180 million, making him the second most valuable player at the club behind only Jude Bellingham, who slightly edges him in the rankings.

Consistent Climb After Madrid Move

Mbappé’s move to Real Madrid in June 2024 not only boosted his exposure in LaLiga but also restored his transfer market value. After fluctuating during his final years at Paris Saint-Germain, his valuation has steadily climbed:

  • December 2024: €160 million
  • March 2025: €170 million
  • June 2025: €180 million

While his value once peaked at €200 million during his early PSG years (2018–2019), it later dropped due to form and contractual uncertainties. Since joining Real Madrid, however, the striker has reasserted himself as one of the most valuable assets in world football.

A Key Figure on and off the Pitch

Last season, Mbappé finished as Real Madrid’s top scorer, netting 44 goals in 59 appearances, along with five assists a staggering 49 goal contributions. Despite joining the club recently, he has become one of the cornerstones of Xabi Alonso’s new project at the Bernabéu.

He was also handed the iconic number 10 shirt, previously worn by Luka Modrić, further solidifying his role as a central figure in the club’s future.

Calls for Team Cohesion

Despite his success, some Madrid fans have voiced concerns about the dynamic between Mbappé and Vinícius Júnior, especially regarding off-field egos and salary negotiations. Supporters on social media have urged both stars to set aside personal rivalries and focus on the team’s collective performance.

Such chemistry will be crucial as Real Madrid aims for silverware in both domestic and European competitions this season.
