Chelsea considered a swap deal for Jackson, Nkunku, Disasi or Renato Veiga for Manchester United’s Garnacho

Chelsea are closing in on Alejandro Garnacho after agreeing personal terms with the Manchester United star with four Blues players discussed as part of a potential swap.
The transfer saga surrounding Alejandro Garnacho is heating up fast. According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have reached a personal agreement with the 21-year-old Argentine winger, leaving only the final fee to be decided between the clubs.
Sources claim negotiations are “well advanced”, with both sides exploring creative solutions including the possibility of sending players to Old Trafford in exchange.
Four Chelsea Players on the Table
TEAMtalk reports that Chelsea discussed offering Nicolas Jackson, Christopher Nkunku, Axel Disasi, or Renato Veiga to United as part of the deal. The Blues are pushing to finalise the transfer before the end of the window, confident that Garnacho is keen on the move.
The winger has even delivered a direct ultimatum to Manchester United:
“Either Chelsea, or I stay here and don’t play for six to twelve months,”
Romano revealed, quoting Garnacho’s message to the club.
Why United Might Be Forced to Sell
With the player’s stance clear and Chelsea’s interest strong, pressure is mounting on United to reach an agreement. Garnacho enjoyed a standout campaign last season, featuring in 58 matches (36 as a starter), scoring 11 goals and providing 11 assists across all competitions.
For Chelsea, his arrival would add another explosive option to an attack already boosted by recent signings but this potential Premier League rivalry transfer could be one of the shocks of the summer.
