Lamine Yamal leads the list of the 100 athletes with the highest value in the world football market

Vini Jr leads Brazil’s contingent in a list dominated by Premier League players

Lamine Yamal, FC Barcelona’s teenage sensation, has officially become the most valuable footballer in the world at least in market terms. According to a new CIES Football Observatory study released this Wednesday, the 16-year-old starlet is valued at an eye-watering €402.3 million, topping a list filled with global icons like Erling Haaland (€238.9M) and Jude Bellingham (€234.5M).
