Chelsea qualified for the 2024/25 Conference League semi-finals despite a 2-1 defeat to Legia Warsaw at Stamford Bridge. The English side won the first leg 3-0 and therefore came out on top on aggregate (4-2). The first goal on Thursday was scored by center forward Pekhart in the 10th minute of the first half, from the penalty spot. Left-back Cucurella equalized in the 33rd minute, and defender Kapuadi extended the lead to make it two for the Polish team early in the second half.
