Harry Kane is now at Bayern Munich
Harry Kane is now in his second season at Bayern Munich after several years at Tottenham . The English forward has made no secret of his ambition to win the Ballon d’Or .
“My chance is now, at Bayern. I feel that they respect me more, that I am on a bigger stage. I want the Ballon d’Or 100%, but for that I first need to win trophies and score around 40 goals. That could happen this year and I want to try,” he admitted.
The England forward has spoken about the increased expectations that came with his move to Munich, saying he doesn’t mind when the pressure gets higher and people expect more from him.

“Being at a club like Bayern has helped me gain even more confidence and responsibility. When you are expected to score 30 or 40 goals a season, that is an expectation I like to have,” he said.
Kane says that when fans place higher expectations on him, so does the player himself, saying he is now playing on bigger stages more often compared to what he did at Tottenham.
Englishman with 32 goals in 37 games for the Bavarians
“It’s almost like I put more pressure on myself to perform. I feel like I’ve improved a lot and maybe my aura as a player is a little bit more respected than in the past because we’re playing in big games, on big nights,” he said.
Harry Kane has played 37 games for Bayern Munich this season, scoring 32 goals, 24 of them in the league. The forward has also scored three more goals for his country in the Nations League, in five games.
