Therefore, his relationship status remains private rather than definitively single.

Those remarks demonstrate his interest in personal growth but do not establish that he is currently a father.
Who Are Bauer Sharp’s Parents?

A 2016 obituary for Judith Margaret McLain identifies Amy and Jason Sharp as a married couple living in Dothan and lists Bauer Sharp among the family’s grandchildren.

Jason and his wife, Amy, were living in Dothan, Alabama, when their names appeared in family obituaries published in 2013 and 2016.
The records establish the family’s connection to the city where Bauer grew up and attended high school.
However, Jason has generally maintained a private public profile.
Reliable sports reporting does not provide extensive information about his occupation, educational background, or involvement in his son’s football training.
Although Bauer developed into a successful athlete, there is insufficient firsthand reporting to describe Jason as a former coach or professional athlete.

His ability to play multiple positions attracted attention from college football programs.
On December 3, 2025, Southeastern Louisiana announced Tyler as a member of its 2026 recruiting class.
The university officially identified him as Bauer Sharp’s younger brother.
At the time of his recruitment, Tyler was listed at approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall and 195 pounds.
Southeastern Louisiana head coach Frank Scelfo praised Tyler’s athleticism and physical playing style.

The university initially planned to develop Tyler on the defensive side of the football.
How Tyler Sharp Followed His Brother’s Football Journey
One of the most interesting details about Bauer Sharp’s family is that both brothers joined the same college football program.

His performances eventually helped him earn opportunities at Oklahoma and LSU.
Tyler subsequently joined Southeastern Louisiana’s 2026 recruiting class, continuing the family’s connection with the Lions football program.

Their shared college connection represents an important part of the Sharp family’s football background.
Are Anna Ryan Sharp and Lucy Sharp Bauer’s Sisters?
Anna Ryan Sharp and Lucy Sharp are named alongside Bauer and Tyler in the 2016 obituary of Judith Margaret McLain.
The obituary identifies all four as members of the same extended family, specifically among Judith’s grandchildren.
