Bayern Munich shows interest in signing Jadon Sancho and Marco Asensio

Bayern Munich are exploring moves for Jadon Sancho and Marco Asensio as the Bundesliga giants continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season. Despite already making key signings, the Bavarians remain active in the transfer market, seeking reinforcements to replace outgoing attackers.
Bayern Munich still active after major transfers
The German champions have already completed the signing of Luis Díaz but still see the need for more firepower following the departures of Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry. Club officials want to ensure manager Vincent Kompany has enough options to keep the team competitive across all fronts.
Sancho and Asensio emerge as top targets
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, Sancho and Asensio are at the top of Bayern’s shortlist. Both players are admired by the board for their creativity and technical quality, and the club is considering loan deals as a cost-effective solution.
While Sancho could be available after falling out of Manchester United’s plans, Asensio’s future at Paris Saint-Germain remains uncertain, making him another potential target.
Other names also on Bayern’s radar
In addition to the two high-profile attackers, Bayern are reportedly monitoring Nicolas Jackson (Chelsea), Rasmus Højlund (Manchester United), and Fábio Vieira (Arsenal). The club, however, has not yet submitted formal offers and is still assessing which option should be prioritized before launching negotiations.
